Leadership & Crew
Pocket was co-founded by Jeremy Crane and Phil Wilson with the shared vision of redefining the landscape of premium automotive technology and services for the luxury automotive sales market. They believe that over the next decade, how luxury cars are purchased and sold will drastically change, so they are building the tools, infrastructure, and marketplace for this future.
Jeremy Crane Founder & CEO
Jeremy Crane is a seasoned entrepreneur and technologist with 16 years of hands-on operational startup experience. Early in his career, Jeremy dedicated two years to living as a service volunteer in Santiago, Chile, which laid the groundwork for his leadership and interpersonal skills. He also spent time traveling and backpacking through Central America. After earning his BS in Sociology, with a minor in Business Management, from Brigham Young University in 2008, he ventured into entrepreneurship, founding several tech companies including Premier.ag, ALTA Finance, and Jaqson Studios. In addition to his entrepreneurial achievements, Jeremy has left a significant mark on the digital landscape through his work with major brands such as ICON Aircraft, Snapchat, Acura, IBM, and Spinlaunch. Before embarking on his entrepreneurship journey, he served as Chief of Staff at Aelera, focused on engineering and launching scalable enterprises. He is not only fluent in Spanish but is also actively pursuing proficiency in Italian. Today he is an active wake-surfer, traveler, golfer, and automotive enthusiast, as well as a devoted father.
Phil Wilson Founder & Chairman of the Board
Phil Wilson partnered with Jeremy Crane to launch Pocket using his experience in the elite automotive industry having worked for O'Gara Coach Beverly Hills, Ferrari Beverly Hills, and then his A-list celebrity and high- and ultra-high net-worth client dealership, PW Sportscars.
Richie Asay Board Member
Richie Asay is a seasoned automotive entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience, known for redefining luxury car sales and rentals. He began his career in traditional car sales before pioneering digital marketing strategies during the rise of the internet. A lifelong enthusiast, Richie grew up restoring collector cars and mastering autobody and paint work. In 2008, he launched his own independent dealership, which has since sold over 10,000 vehicles and generates more than $24 million in annual revenue. With a background in business marketing and early experience working in healthcare, Richie brings a sharp, customer-focused mindset to every venture. His leadership has guided the company through major economic challenges, securing its place among Utah’s top-performing dealerships. Beyond automotive, Richie is a dynamic investor with interests in commercial real estate, hospitality, reinsurance, and marketing. He’s also a sought-after speaker, having shared insights at industry events for Manheim and Cox Automotive. Now channeling his expertise into the exotic car space, Richie is building a digital-first experience for luxury clients seeking performance and prestige. He is a proud father of two daughters, husband to a lovely wife, and a dedicated fitness aficionado who balances family life with a relentless drive for innovation and excellence.
